There are a lot of events and activities that are carried out by the ESOP either monthly or annually. Some of the activities of the ESOP are:

1.         General Meeting

This is a monthly activity that is carried out every 1^st Sunday of the month at 2pm prompt at a common venue known to all. Here issues affecting members, our clans, and State are discussed. Review is done to matters arising from previous meetings and new issues are entertained.

2.         Cultural Activities

As a result of the rich cultural inheritance of the Efik people, periodically the ESOP is invited either by the Delta State Government or private individual to perform some cultural dances in certain occasions.          

3.         Annual Get-together

At the beginning of every year, the ESOP holds and end of year /new year party, to thank God for the year ending and for ushering members into the new year.
